3 Step Sparring

The 30 Second Workout is a series of exercises (including some TKD elements) lasting 30 seconds each. The whole workout takes just over 25 minutes including warm up and stretching at the end.
This workout is suitable for family members as well as TKD students so everyone can join in!
As you will hear at the beginning of the video, you will need:
An exercise mat (if you have hard flooring),
Dumbbells/weights (optional),
A drink (you are encouraged to take a sip whenever you need it), and
If you prefer you could play some background music (something with a good beat to keep you going).
The advantage of a pre-recorded workout is that you can take a break whenever you need - just pause the video! However if you can keep going to the end you'll feel the benefit!
After the stretching section at the end you could carry on with your own stretches - whilst your muscles are warm why not push out some leg stretches a bit further than you would usually and improve your flexibility?!

All of the exercises have been researched and most of them specifically selected to help increase hip strength and flexibility.
No equipment is required other than something comfortable to lie on when performing the floor exercises.
This is a low impact workout but as always please adjust exercises to accommodate any injuries or existing physical issues.
