New Restructure of Sessions from April 3rd
Hi Team,
Hope you've all had an awesome weekend.
As already mentioned in the sessions - the classes from next Sunday 03rd April are being restructured slightly.
Sunday mornings - Lords Meadow Leisure Centre
Little PUMA's (for all our younger members 4 to 6yr olds)
9.15 to 10.00 - Main Sports Hall
Taekwon-Do
10.00 to 11.00 - Family TKD - Main Sports Hall (open to all our members as session will be age appropriate for all who attend).
11.00 to 12.00 - TKD - Main Sports Hall (our plan is to be able to have some of the Sunday sessions in this time slot as themed training with aspects such as bo-staff, nunchucks, destruction, sparring, self protection etc.).
The themed sessions will be circulated in advance.
Tuesday evenings - Yeoford Village Hall
5.45 to 6.45 - Family TKD - (open to all our members as session will be age appropriate for all who attend).
6.45 to 7.45 - Family TKD - (open to all our members as session will be age appropriate for all who attend).
Thursday evenings - Sandford Parish Hall
5.45 to 6.45 - Family TKD - (open to all our members as session will be age appropriate for all who attend).
6.45 to 7.45 - Family TKD - (open to all our members as session will be age appropriate for all who attend).
For those who who wish to capitalise on training opportunities members are welcome to attend and participate in more than one session at any of our venues.
Final point of general update - Lords Meadow have informed me of a couple of events taking place this weekend so the car park is likely to be very busy (full) - so they have kindly given us an heads up so our members who attend Sundays are aware.

For anyone interested in PUMA Squad training or for those who are regular participants/competitors, please see below message from Mr Lammin:
Dear All,
I hope that you have all had a nice break over Christmas and are refreshed and ready for a big year ahead.
We were hoping that things would be getting back to normal by now but unfortunately this is still not the case; with 3 tournament cancellations already announced for the early part of the year. As you may already be aware, the Open Dutch, ITF Welsh Open and Roma Open have been cancelled for this year due to the ongoing pandemic and restrictions in the respective countries. Given the current situation we are likely to need to be flexible during the year ahead, but I still felt it best to get an initial plan for the year out now.
Squad Training
& Tournament Dates
At present we will still be aiming to make a couple of international trips with the squad, the Holland Cup (date tbc) and ITF World Cup (01 - 09 October). Whilst there is still the chance that these events may not be able to take place, we will plan and train on the assumption that they will. We have therefore booked regular squad training sessions up until October along with a number of domestic tournaments (both PUMA and external).
If you are hoping to compete in the ITF World Cup this October then we will be looking to see how you perform in the forthcoming squad training sessions as well as some UK based tournaments during the early part of the year.

** The closing date for entries for the GTI tournament is the 18th of January and so if you would like to enter then please can you email danny.tkd4@yahoo.co.uk to let me know. I will set up a PUMA Squad account on the entry system so that we can enter as a team.
We will be looking at arranging one or two full training days in the build up to the World Cup which will give us the chance to assess individuals in all areas that they wish to compete, as well as additional things like fitness testing. These will probably take place on Saturdays with dates to be confirmed nearer the time.
We look forward to seeing you all at the first session of the year!
